ZipZap Brand Launch

Car subscription brand launch: full identity, strategy and campaign creative built for ZipZap, Singapore.

Car subscription made for the modern Singaporean driver

ZipZap was built around a single positioning: Practical Premium, the simplest, honest car subscription available, backed by a promise of consistent, reliable, high-quality service. Everything, insurance, road tax, maintenance, roadside assistance, bundled into one dependable monthly fee, personalised to a driver's lifestyle rather than a one-size-fits-all lease.

Strategy

Singapore's mass affluent are trading up. Even as spending gets more careful, people are still willing to pay a fraction more for goods that are simply better made, more considered and practical to use, across categories like personal care, F&B and footwear. Quality or premium positioning alone no longer earns the extra dollar. What does is genuine functionality, built for everyday living.

The visual identity embodies that insight. Forest greens and warm sandstone neutrals stood in for automotive black and chrome, and photography was built around open roads, forests and the pleasures of going on a road trip rather than the transaction of buying a car; it promotes the aspiration and flexibility of driving one, hassle free.

Website

Car subscription is a new idea in Singapore, so the site's first job was making it easy to understand, not just promoting it. Aspirational road-trip videos sell the feeling of it, while customer testimonials prove the quality of the service. Because leasing or buying a car is a big decision, that shaped the information architecture directly: cost differentiation between owning a car and subscribing to one, virtual car browsing, and end-to-end customer experience expectations.

Every page was designed with intent, so the discovery journey stays easy and informative.

ZipZap’s flagship feature: Subscribe & Share closes a gap in the subscription itself. When a car sits idle for an extended stretch, the same service lets the subscriber share it back onto the GetGo platform, turning downtime into an earning opportunity to offset their subscription bill.
